Three-tiered chocolate cake covered in individual icing stars (this took ages to do) & silver dragees (sugar or candy balls).
I made the "topper" from a High School Musical photo. I digitally added basket balls to spell out the birthday girl's name & age & then laminated it.
I created the film strip twists digitally as well & then laminated them.
My lovely assistants ....
