Janey and Peter's Wedding Cake

Chocolate Mud Cakes (the bride's fav) covered in a layer of almond icing & finished in white royal icing.

Embellished with flowers & wired pearls that match the table & venue decorations.

Top tier is supported on a very long-stemmed glass. The vintage ceramic Bride and Groom were a lucky find the day before the wedding - purrfect for a thrift shop queen like Miss Jane!

Tall bottom tier is a triple layered cake to get the necessary height for the look they wanted & to feed 150 guests - angle of pics make it look shorter than it was!

Cup of glass was filled with white feathers & rhinestones.

Decorated with pink icing stars, hearts & stemmed stars all dusted with silver glitter dust.

A White Chocolate Mud cake (colored princess pink) covered in pink, white & yellow marshmallow for the birthday girl who loves marshmallow the most!

Decorated with edible star scatters & pink icing hearts.

Three tiered chocolate & Cointreau mud cake with black licorice icing & orange icing.

Decorated with metallic silver almonds, edible metallic paints, glittering stars & a collectable toy robot!

Three tiered White mud & rasberry swirl cake. Bottom tier is iced in white & decorated with green coconut grass. Top tiers are hand painted with washes of pink food coloring.
Flowers are icing & horses have been pierced (very fiddly) to allow straws to pass through to form the carousel ride!

My Mother-in-law's 80th birthday cake was made up of 3 white chocolate mud tiers.

The top red tier was balanced on a long-stemmed glass that I filled with "80" scatters. The bottom tier was also red & both were embellished with white feathers.

The middle white tier was studded with edible silver beads.

I made a separate small red heart cake for the 80th birthday candle.
